Super Bowl Battle of the Bruxies

Two unique Bruxie gourmet waffle sandwhiches face off this weekend but only one will win.  Which one will you chose?

Starting Saturday, February 4th at 11 am Bruxie will be offering

The Patriots- Classic New England Lobster Bruxie with fresh lobster flown in for New England prepared in the clasic way with mayo, s&p and chives.

vs.

The Giants- Roasted New York Bruxie with New York steak cooked to a perfect medium and topped with New York cheddar, caramelized onion, wild arugula, balsamic reduction and a touch of horseradish.

Whichever sandwich is ordered most is determined the winner (to be announced on Sunday, of course).

If you haven’t been to Bruxie before, well now is the perfect time to try them.

Who do you think will win the Super Bowl, Battle of the Bruxie’s?  My money is on the Patriot’s New England Lobster Bruxie.
