As most of you know, I produce a TV show called Behind the Brand…
I had the chance to sit down and chat with Jeff Hayzlett, former Kodak CMO and author of the book “Running the Gauntlet” to talk about what went right and wrong at Kodak, how companies can survive in any economy and social media…
Here’s what you’ll learn: • What is “the gauntlet” and how to survive it • How to defeat naysayer’s and negative thinking • How to lead and motivate your team • The value of social media ROI • Why you might need to fire yourself once in a while

Great to see Brian and Jay last month while Jay was the guest speaker at our Orange County Linkedin. Love the four social media Es for customer relations: engage, educate, excite, and evangelize. Also, “No one is going to die from the changes we make”. Awesome quote! Thank you Jay for going “outside” the box and your extraodinary entrepreneurial skills that you share with us are much appreciated. Almost done reading Running the Gauntlet. You Rock!!!
