Apparently, the geese families of Irvine have taken to crossing the busy roads and are creating quite the traffic stir in town. Residents are even taking to City Hall, urging that “Goose Crossing” signs be erected. I came across this family on Sunday afternoon, just off of Bake Parkway and Muirlands on the border of Irvine and Lake Forest. Luckily for the geese and for me, the traffic was weekend light, and I was able to shepherd them to safety. Watch the roads for the spring’s bounty!
